Season 1:
Eve is a killer. A killer makes no mistakes and has no conscience or they loose the edge. It's the edge that keeps them one step ahead of their prey, of the law, of their employer. It's the edge that keeps them alive. Eve's still alive. So what the fuck happened? Maybe this means it's time to quit - if she can survive.
Dr. Rankin is good doctor. He keeps his mouth shut. Too bad he's a junkie. Hopefully, he can stop the shakes long enough to save Eve. Assassins don't get choice or conscience or do they?
Another day, another bullet. The job is simple. Eve's employers don't like complications. As an assassin you are only one phone call away from forced retirement. Your must trusted ally could be your worst enemy.
Arthur Max is a made man. He's untouchable. What the hell is Eve doing paying him a visit? As long as he gives answers everything should be just fine. If not then Eve's not just signing her death warrant but Graham's as well.
Eve's tied up with a gun to her head. Basically screwed. All she needed is 1 more second. Can she escape? Too bad for her capture she's a good at her job. How the hell is Graham supposed to clean up this mess?
Somebody's got to help you out sometime. How can you accept help when you don't know who to trust. There are lines even assassins can't cross. Even the head of the family can't shoot a made man.
Pull the trigger & Eve is free from the nightmares. Can killing right now make up for the killing you've done in the past? It's said mercy is a good thing. A bit of mercy could have just signed Eve's death warrant.
Every action has a reaction. When you're an assassin though the reaction usually hits the ones you love. No matter how fast you run you can't escape vengeance. Her journey may have started with a unknown little girl but now it is personal.
Is this justice or revenge? Eve's wades through blood to end what she started. How many have died for Eve to clear her conscience. How many more must she kill? The person between her and the finish line isn't who she expected though.
Eve must fight or die. Can Eve show her apprentice the humanity that she has learned so that he is not haunted like she is? Can Eve finish off the Downes family or will her quest for vengeance end in failure?
