Season 2:
Upset with the losers that Lori's been dating, Reece sets her up with the first normal-looking guy he sees. But new beau Steve, a waiter, has a few secrets of his own -- and it's up to Apache to expose them.
Lori ends up doing a video with The Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band, and then announces that she's going on tour with them.
Reece gets offered the role of a lifetime -- the first role he's had to audition for in years: Batman. During the audition, sparks fly between he and the producer, Amy Hunter, who Reece later realizes was Jacey's former assitant. When Amy makes advances towards Reece, he feels uncomfortable -- but it's Lori who feels the most uncomfortable when she spies Amy kissing her father. Meanwhile, Todd feels he needs a break from his famous brother friends, so he organizes a new poker game -- with a new set of famous siblings.
As a birthday surprise, Reece flies two of Lori's best friends down from Ohio to spend some time with her. But Lori realizes who her real friends are when they go on a drinking binge. Meanwhile, Apache tries to sell a script that he's written and cons the studio into believing his father will star in the film. Reece, on the other hand, doesn't want to star in the movie and is unaware of his son's scheme.
Todd compiles nine of Reece's films into one family-friendly viewing -- which runs less than a minute. So Reece decides that he needs to make a film that the whole family can watch. Meanwhile, Lori decides to protest the school dance, which her parents are chaparoning, not realizing the effect it will have on a good friend.

Lori begins to realize that her lack of enthusiasm for her schoolwork is going to haunt her for a while when she begins applying for colleges. Meanwhile, Todd meets a woman that he's been corresponding with and announces that he's going to give up acting and move to Minnesota to be with her.
When she learns that Jacey spent part of her early years as a protestor, Lori does some protesting of her own -- by freeing the caged animals on the set of Reece's movie.
Todd gets involved in making ""Reece Hardin Action Bars"" candy. But when Todd begins gulping down bar after bar, he has more than a little extra energy to say the very least. Meanwhile, Lori auditions for a school play, but ends up being bumped (in favor of a pop diva) by her brother, Apache. And when the lead drops out of an action film and Jacey's asked to take the part, she thinks it will be fun -- but she doesn't realize how hard the work actually is.
Reece is excited when the president of his fan club, Nick Fields, comes to stay with the family while working on a film retrospective in Reece's honor. But his excitement turns to fear when Nick outs Reece as a ""gay icon"" on national TV. Reece flakes out on going to the retrospective until Todd encourages him to attend. In the end, Reece realizes that his gay following is as important as the rest of his fans. Meanwhile, Apache has the hots for a friend of Lori's, so she agrees to make him over to gain the girl's interest.
During a baseball game that the family is participating in, Apache feels left out when he's overshadowed by his older sister's abilities. Meanwhile Todd and Jacey get even with a sleazy agent.
Reese causes a media furor by rescuing a boy who was in no danger; Apache interns at a talent agency.
