Season 1:

Chak-hee is suspended by Jang Gi-do and sent to a public defender's office in Jeongha.
After getting drunk, Chak-hee opens her eyes the next day to find herself in Si-baek's house.
An investigation into a serial murder case begins after the murder of a company president.
Chak-hee who is investigated by the police protects Si-baek's alibi, but her suspicions start to grow.
Chak-hee puts an end to her Jangsan's dog days and starts to change. She grows closer to Si-baek.
Si-baek, who accepts Gi-do's offer and conducts an interview, is arrested as a suspect in the murder.
Byeong-cheon is found dead and Duk-man, who confessed to the murder, commits suicide in prison.
Si-baek confesses to the serial murders and calls Chak-hee as his lawyer.
Chak-hee tracks down Si-baek's true identity and finds out the truth of Byeong-cheon and Gi-do's past.
Chak-hee stands in a retrial of a thirty-year-old case to reveal the truth and correct her mistakes.
