Mona starts dating Pearce's financial advisor. At first he disapproves, but then he realizes Mona is a person too and he can't get involved in her personal life.
Gale goes to Pearce's country house for the weekend, where she accidentally kills Pearce's horse Paycheck. Al uses a focus group to figure out what's wrong with him.
Pearce demands that Vic hire his girlfriend Ulli to work on the show. Unfortunately, Ulli drives all the show's guests away.
