Buford goes after the operators of a chemical plant that is dumping illegal quantities of hazardous by-products into the local river.
A Priest has information – Heard in the sanctity of The Confessional – That could stop an illegal arms deal, and, despite Buford’s persistence, refuses to break his Promise Of Obedience.
