Season 1:
In high school, Kang Jooeun was "Venus of Daegu." Fifteen years later, she's achieved her dream of being a lawyer, but she's no longer every man's crush.
Kim Youngho thinks he can hide out in Korea away from the prying eyes of his grandmother, but he's soon proven wrong. Jooeun loses her cellphone.
For Jooeun, a chance meeting with John Kim is the opportunity of a lifetime. But for John Kim, Jooeun is a nuisance to get rid of as soon as he can.
Feeling guilty and responsible for Jooeun's fainting spell, Youngho decides to plan a more legitimate weight loss program for her.
Im Wooshik watches secretly as Youngho helps Jooeun at a time of crisis. Youngho begins experiencing pain in his leg again, which gets him worried.
Youngho gets dragged into "Jooeun's Day" to celebrate her weight loss. Oh Soojin keeps bugging Jooeun about the case Jooeun doesn't want to take.
Jooeun confronts Soojin about her attitude, both in work and in life. Youngho ponders whether to grant his aging grandmother's one last wish.

Jooeun gets worried when she can't get a hold of Youngho. Mr. Min Byeongwook looks into the details of the crash. Soojin and Jooeun have a long-overdue talk.
For Youngho, the past year has been nothing but a struggle for a miracle, as even his doctor couldn't guarantee a favorable prognosis.
Jooeun's mom visits her without prior notice and continues to nag her to get married. Youngho's grandmother looks into Jooeun's personal details.
Expecting the worst, Jooeun meets with Youngho's grandmother. Later, she tells Youngho what his grandmother asked of her.
