Season 1:
Vince plans to sell his family-owned gym and move to Florida, but he is derailed when his high school fling, Priya, unexpectedly drops off their 15-year-old son, Michael, on his doorstep.
Michael is desperate to see New York but is unable to as Vince still hasn't told the gym he has a secret son.
Vince, Michael, Matthew and the rest of the staff struggle to figure out why they're losing female members.
Michael is just starting to fall into a rhythm with Vince and Matthew, when his mother's rich and glamorous brother unexpectedly enters the picture.
Vince and Matthew are excited to bond with Michael on their annual camping trip and the Champions staff are excited to celebrate Vince's absence with a secret party they call Vincemas.

As Michael prepares for the opening night of his new musical, he receives a surprise visit from his mother, Priya, who wants to bring him back home to Cleveland with her; meanwhile, Matthew is in charge of employee performance reviews.
Vince is torn when his old high school buddy offers him a dream job that would require him to move to Louisiana; Matthew graduates high school; Michael's crush joins the guys for dinner at their place so Vince can suss out his intentions.
