Season 2:
In the wake of a bloody gangland war, Declan assumes sole control of Montreal's drug trade. But new arrivals from Italy complicate matters.
Feeling the squeeze on a debt owed to the cartel, Declan pushes back on his new competitors. Splintering loyalties start to destabilize the status quo.
