An ancient evll has awakened. According to legend, three dragons shall re-emerge from the Earth to wreak havoc upon the land. Preying upon the weak-willed, the dragon spirits grow stronger as they devour the souls of their chosen hosts. Only the Warrior-God Susanoo can fulfill the ancient prophesy and defeat the growing evil. In the region where Koichi grew up, There is a legend about a creature called Hiruko - the monstrous spawn of the twin serpent gods and the brother of Susanoo. One thousand years ago, Hiruko and his dragon servitors swept across the land, slaughtering every living thing . Now Hiruko is free once more... The connection between Koichi’s heritage and the ancient warrior-god has finally become clear. But after a disastrous battle with Hiruko, Koichi makes a horrifying discovery: Susanoo suffered his one and only defeat at the hands of Hiruko, and mortal host - the position currently held by Koichi - was killed in the battle. Summoning his remaining strength to protect Teruml, whose arcane powers are no match for the dragon-god, Koichi finds himself reliving the ancient battle of his ancestor. But is Koichi destined to share the same fate?
