With Gordon and Lisa's teams set, the culinary entrepreneurs are tasked with kickstarting a brand-new business venture from zero to profit in just 24 hours. The profit-based challenge brings the teams to London's Battersea Power Station, where they must create a bespoke menu that they will then market and sell to a group of hungry customers. The team with the lowest profits must then face Gordon and Lisa and one entrepreneur will be sent home.
Teams Ramsay and Vanderpump are challenged to create unique concept bars that stand out in a crowded market. From curating the cocktail menu to choosing the decor, the entrepreneurs must create an immersive experience that will be judged purely on customer feedback. Then, one member of the losing team is eliminated from the competition.
The 12 remaining entrepreneurs partner with Delish, the most engaged international food media brand, to maximize their promotional abilities. Teams Ramsay and Vanderpump are each tasked with creating a Fourth of July inspired recipe that can be easily recreated from a 30-minute, worldwide livestream cook-a-long demonstration. Then, the losing team must face Gordon and Lisa who will choose one entrepreneur to eliminate from the competition.
Gordon Ramsay and Lisa Vanderpump present their teams with the challenge of crafting a seasonal advertising campaign for their very own branded limited-edition wine from the Ramsay and Vanderpump collections. Then, they must shoot and edit a commercial to present to wine enthusiasts at a launch event, and the team with the least effective campaign finds themselves on the chopping block.
Halfway through the competition, the entrepreneurs are tasked with innovating a new chocolate product by crafting an original name, label and jingle for their creations. Teams Ramsay and Vanderpump then test their products with market research before pitching them to Mars Inc. executives who ultimately decide whether to take their product to the next level of market testing before another entrepreneur is eliminated.
With only nine entrepreneurs remaining, Teams Ramsay and Vanderpump are put to the ultimate sales test. With only three hours to prepare, the teams must present and sell unusual kitchen gadgets to buyers and brand representatives at the most important hospitality trade event of the year, the International Food and Drink Event. The presentations are judged by a panel of industry experts and the team with the highest sales percentage is safe from elimination.
It's the quarterfinals and the remaining entrepreneurs are faced with their hardest challenge yet: coming together as a single, dynamic team to take over the kitchen at Gordon Ramsay's Savoy Grill, one of the most iconic dining rooms in the world. With Gordon's reputation on the line, the entrepreneurs complete a full breakfast service for hungry customers who expect absolute perfection. The team must seamlessly communicate with each other or risk elimination.
In the semifinals, the five entrepreneurs remaining in the competition go back to the drawing board when tasked with creating an exciting brand-new product. But there's a twist - their innovative products must fit within a specific range of popular food and beverage categories. At the end of the challenge, the entrepreneurs must deliver a polished and passionate pitch in order to land a spot in the finale.
The final three entrepreneurs face their last challenge - craft a perfect pitch that encompasses themselves and their businesses to a room full of industry professionals. With a boost of advice from a business consultant, the entrepreneurs receive final words of advice to support them in perfecting the most important pitch of their lives. Then, Gordon and Lisa crown the Season Two winner who receives the $250,000 grand prize.
